You’re not alone. So many of us are restless, craving warmth, connection, and something that shakes us out of routine. That’s exactly what our Costa Rica retreat was designed to do.

It’s an invitation to adventure, recharge, and connect with yourself and others in the heart of Costa Rica.
Wild: Flow through dynamic vinyasa yoga that wakes up your body, feel your pulse racing on a zipline through the canopy, dive into a waterfall pool, and taste the salt air at our oceanside picnic.
Within: drop into stillness during yin, recharge with reiki, connect with your breath, and reset your nervous system.
It’s for all levels of yogis, travelers, and seekers who crave both adventure and restoration.

Wake up with the jungle. Sweat in nature. Breakfast - from the farm to your plate. Laugh with new friends (who already feel like old ones!) The entire day to yourself or participate in healing offerings (i.e., constellations). Zipline, hike, explore hidden waterfalls. Evening yoga that melts away any reminders or tensions from home. Slow dinner, no clean-up, heartfelt conversations.

Stay: Your jungle home away from home
7 days, 6 nights at a luxury jungle retreat center with a saltwater pool, hot tub, tips/gratuities, wifi, and shared communal spaces.
Transportation: a coastal ride
Roundtrip private van ride from San José (SJO), including a scenic 4-hour drive with a lunch stop in Playa Hermosa.
Nourishment: Food that fuels body + soul
Daily organic, plant-based meals with eggs available. One special evening features a luxury beach picnic!
Practice:Move, breathe, connect
Daily yoga and meditation (yin, vinyasa, restorative) with Reiki integrated. Opening and closing group circles.
Adventure: Thrills that meet stillness
Guided waterfall hike, jungle zipline experience, and cold plunge.

Perched above the jungle canopy, this room opens up to sweeping views of the Pacific. Imagine waking to the sound of waves, stepping onto your balcony for sunrise, and retreating into crisp A/C comfort after a day of adventure. The Horizon Suite is your own serene sanctuary with modern amenities, perfect if you’re craving a mix of luxury and nature. Includes private bathroom. King bed & twin bed.

Nestled in lush greenery, the Canopy Room gives you a front-row seat to Costa Rica’s wild beauty. Explorer's Loft
The Explorer’s Loft is for travelers who love simplicity and connection. These cozy rooms invite you to lean into the communal spirit of retreat life, with a private bathroom and ceiling fans to keep the space cool and breezy. It’s perfect if you’re coming with a friend, or if you’re open to meeting new ones while keeping your stay accessible and adventure-ready. Two Twin Beds.

Tucked into the trees, the Retreat Bungalow offers rustic-chic vibes with just the right touch of privacy. With shared bathrooms and ceiling fans, you’ll have comfort and ease while still feeling immersed in the jungle. This option is ideal if you’re craving a personal hideaway without losing that barefoot, laid-back energy that makes Costa Rica so magical. Queen & Twin Bed.

Our guided hike leads you to a hidden waterfall where you can dip, play, and soak in the raw beauty of Costa Rica.
Zipline Adventure
Strap in and soar through the treetops on a zipline course that gives you a bird’s-eye view of the jungle.
Luxe Beach Picnic
Think golden hour, salty breeze, and a curated picnic spread by the sea for one of our evening meals.
Cold Plunge (On Property)
Right at our retreat center, you’ll have the chance to take a refreshing plunge into cold water. Think equal parts energizing and restorative.
your hosts
We’re Isa & Kate — both 500-hour yoga teachers who are passionate about creating experiences that feel grounding, expansive, and a little bit magical. Isa will bring the fire with invigorating vinyasa flows, while Kate will share her gifts as a Reiki Master and guide of soulful, restorative practices.
Together, we’ll lead you through yoga, meditation, and adventures designed to help you shake off routine and step into your wild within.

What are the payment options?

Once your deposit is received, we’ll confirm your room choice and send you all the details to get ready for your adventure!
What’s included in the price?
Accommodations, tips + gratuities, daily organic meals, yoga + reiki sessions, group circles, excursions (waterfall hike, zipline, cold plunge), a luxe beach picnic, use of the pool/hot tub, and roundtrip transportation from San José (SJO). (4-hour drive with a lunch stop)
Are there payment plans?
We want this retreat to feel accessible — so you can choose the plan that works best for you:
Pay in Full: Settle your balance anytime after your deposit.
2 Payments: Split your total into 2 equal payments after deposit.
What’s not included?
Airfare, travel insurance, alcoholic beverages/smoothies, additional excursions, spa services, and personal shopping.
Is there free time?
Yes! While we have yoga, excursions, and group activities scheduled, you’ll also have plenty of downtime to rest by the pool, book a spa treatment, or just soak in the beauty of the jungle.
Are spa and photoshoot sessions included?
These are optional add-ons. You’ll be able to book a massage/spa treatment or a private photoshoot session for an additional fee.
Do I need to bring extra cash for tips?
All tips for drivers, the retreat center staff, and group excursions are already included in your retreat price — so you won’t need to worry about carrying extra cash day-to-day. That said, if you’d like to show additional gratitude to the amazing team who takes care of us throughout the week, a suggested extra tip is around $50 per guest for the entire stay.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many of our guests travel solo and leave with lifelong friends. We’ll pair you with a roommate if you choose a shared option, or you can book a private room for yourself.
How long is the drive to the retreat centre?
It’s about 4 hours from San José International Airport (SJO) through winding jungle roads and stunning scenery. Don’t worry—we’ll take a break halfway for a delicious lunch (on us!) before finishing the journey to our retreat home.
